So, are you experienced?

And, have you ever been experienced?

I'm not talking about being experienced enough to know how to hum a tune. I'm talking about the act of allowing yourself to be experienced by someone else. In other words, just how thoroughly exposed and vulnerable have you made yourself so that someone else could dive into you and experience the absolute darkest corners of your being?

If you have to think more than 30 seconds about this, then you need to further your experience and open yourself up to be further experienced. And I guarantee you, there's no better time and place to do it than at...

WOOT!

Just so there's no confusion, these aren't my events or parties, but I do heartily endorse every one of them! My good friends who call themselves The Tribe put on regular NYC monthly parties like Suspension and Impact, and The Ultimate After Party in Las Vegas that I (literally) rave about every January. And this Columbus Day holiday weekend marks the debut of their first annual party marathon: The NYC Fetish Tribe Experience, Thursday October 7 through Monday October 11.

Because I am such a fan of The NYC Fetish Tribe, and because I am a most benevolent Mistress (and because my photo's on the flyer!), I've decided to let you all know just what's going to go down. The following are excerpts from the event posting:

Experience some of the best of what New York City has to offer while you meet folks from around the country and make new kinky friends. You'll get all the classes, demos, seminars, parties and play, play, play you've come to expect from a multi-day fetish convention...

Daytime excursion and events include:

Nighttime parties include:
  • Thursday the 7th: Nocturne, Tribe opening-night mixer and cabaret show (249 W 30th St, look for us downstairs in the Chandelier Room)
  • Friday the 8th: Impact, play party and latex showcase (Rebel, 251 W 30th St, upstairs)
  • Saturday the 9th: Dress to {xcess, costume ball (Element, 225 E Houston)
  • Sunday the 10th: Suspension, a play soiree’ (The Delancey Lounge, 168 Delancey)

Be there. And as they say, "Be Tribe." (That part you'll have to figure out yourself.)
